Chapter 10: Values that Guide Us.

We attribute our success in IMG in the values that guides us in doing business. It is not about the money. It is about love.  We do our business guided by our Values: FIRST.

We pursued our mission relentlessly and anchored everything that we do on our Team Values - Faith, Integrity, Relationship, Service, and Teamwork.

We have faith in our Business Partners, Team Mates, Company, Our Leaders, Our Mentors, and our Mission. We truly believe God’s hands is in our Mission.

We do our Business with utmost integrity. We do it right and do not do short cuts. We do our business with uncompromising integrity.

We value long term relationship with our clients. We treat our business partners and clients as our own family. We nurture each other and help families achieve financial freedom. We help everyone to become somebody. We use technology to stay connected and build relationship even with those outside the Philippines. This is also why we meet the spouse too and the family members. Relationship is at the center of our values.

We value Servant Leadership. We mentor our team to success so we also get ourselves mentored. We Serve first. We do mission first before the commission.

We value Teamwork. We believe that Together Everyone Achieves More. 

TRM is all about continuous building of Teamwork, Relationship and Mentoring.

What makes IMG Business Special, is that everyone can do it:  Retirees, Part Timers who are still in their jobs, Newly Graduates, Non Professionals, With Financial Services Background or not, government employees, teachers, people with Disabilities, Company Owners, Cooperatives, Institutions, and even Religious or Nuns and Priests (who does not have a bow of poverty). IMG is indeed a business or everyone!

For me, all the things I am looking for a business I found in IMG. Multiple Outlets, Passive Income Generation, Travels, Mission, Helping People, Changing Lives. These makes IMG Special. But, what makes it Extra Special is our Concept of Giving which we apply in our business. From the moment we start in the business, the Principle of Giving is applied.
